REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT


Deadline for early registration fee payment: before the 15th March 2016 – 250 Euro

Regular registration fee payment: after the 15th March 2016 and before the 15th April – 330 Euro

Registration will be complete with the payment of the registration fee.
Presentation of the participants will be included in the program if registration fee is payed till the 15 April.

Registration fee includes participation on the scientific programme, lunch and refreshments (coffee breaks) during the conference, social reception and field trip. No conference bag will be distributed (we want to avoid producing waste during the conference, see also „Sustainable conference” on the main page).

Invitation letters and Visa support letters can be sent only after payment of the registration fee.


Call for application for young scientists

We are glad to inform you that -thanks to the sponsors of the conference- an opportunity for young scientists is now open to apply for a grant which covers the registration fee for the CASLU 2016 Conference .

We warmly invite PhD students and postdoctoral fellows who meet the following eligibility criteria to submit their applications:

Applicants should:

  • not be older than 35, with exceptions when studies were delayed by maternity leave;
  • be registered as a PhD student at an institute of higher learning or be within five years of having completed a PhD thesis;
  • submit an abstract to the CASLU 2016 Conference as first author;
  • assume the obligation to send an original full paper about his/her presentation to the Conference's special issue in the Hungarian Geographical Bulletin (Scopus refereed, Open Access journal) after the conference till the given deadline.

For the application please register and submit your abstract on the conference's website and send a CV with list of publications and a certificate from the institution of PhD student status or a copy of the PhD diploma to Adrienn Toth: (toth.adrienn *[at]* csfk.mta.hu)

Applications will be considered by the Organising Committee and applicants will be informed about the decision via e-mail before the end of February.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Before the 15th March 2016: 230 Euro can be refunded (20 Euro will be charged for transferring costs)

Refund before the 15th April: 50% of the registration fee
